The Food ecosystem is responsible for the economic development of the South Tyrol food sector and to this end networks all the stakeholders along the value added chain: from the original agricultural production via processing all the way to retail and catering outlets.
Innovative products, processes and services are developed in individual consultations and working groups. This is achieved in close cooperation with institutes and experts from research and development, the cross-sector Key Accounts of IDM South Tyrol as well as the various associations, consortia, and educational institutions of the sector.
The key features of this activity focus on mission-critical aspects such as technology and consumer trends, market potential, brand positioning and product quality.
