The aim of the project is to grow businesses for future statutory requirements in the labelling sector. The focus is on Europe from 2016 on mandatory labelling leading to nutritional values (calories, fat, ...) and the new required information, such as prominent allergens. For this reason, a user-friendly web application is developed, which can be calculated on the food label by typing the recipes and taking into account the nutritional value of the production process and other statutory information.
As an example, were collected and analysed data from different types of local enterprises (bakery, butcher and production of local products).
