IDM is pursuing a clear internationalisation strategy in order to increase the competitiveness of South Tyrol companies. The aim is to increase the export ratio. This builds on the already positive developments that South Tyrol has achieved in recent years. Nowadays, it is no longer just the large companies that export, but also small and medium-sized businesses.

IDM offers a wide-ranging portfolio of services concentrating on exports (consultant days, representation at trade fairs and coaching, amongst many others) to provide practical assistance for companies seeking export opportunities.
