Workshops on Products, Themes and Adventure Areas

In collaboration with the tourism associations we organised 8 half-day workshops this autumn for the whole of South Tyrol. The aim was to facilitate joint discussions with the tourism associations and tourism offices about which products, themes and areas of experience should be developed and marketed within the new organisational entities (DMEs).

Specifying the themes, products and areas of experience also plays an important role in the definition of the allocation of tasks between the areas covered by IDM, DMEs and tourism offices (TVs), and is the basis for building the structures (areas of work, numbers of employees) as well as decisive in the development of strategies and the inclusion of activities and projects.
