How does our selection process work?

It depends on the situation: Selection competition, maternity replacement, direct hiring or long-term replacement

Selection competition

  • Once we have received your application, our HR team will check that it meets the requirements.
  • If it does, your application will be reviewed by a selection committee. They will decide whether to invite you for an interview.
  • There will be at least one interview. Depending on the profile, a business case or practical tests may also be required. These interviews will be marked. The candidate with the highest score wins the selection process.
  • At the end of the selection process, we will let you know whether or not your application has been successful.
Maternity replacement, direct hiring or long-term replacement

  • Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed by our HR team together with the person responsible for the position.
  • If your application meets the requirements, you will be invited to one or more interviews. Depending on the profile, you may also be asked to present a business case or take practical tests.
  • The candidate with the most appropriate profile will receive an offer. All others will be informed and receive feedback.

Internships at IDM.
