How is the selection procedure conducted?
It depends on the individual situation: competitive recruitment examination, maternity leave cover, direct recruitment or long-term substitution
Competitive examination:
- After the deadline for application submissions has passed, the Examination Board decide which candidates will be admitted to the selection procedure.
- All candidates are contacted and informed of the outcome of their application.
- Candidates admitted to the selection procedure are invited to attend an initial meeting, which consists of a structured interview evaluated with a score rating. Candidates admitted to the subsequent test are then selected from the final rankings.
- All candidates who were admitted to the interview are contacted and informed of the outcome of the evaluation.
- A second interview with admitted candidates, consisting of a structured interview and, if necessary, selection tools (e.g., previously assigned tasks). This interview is also assessed, with the resultant scores being decisive in determining the winner of the CRE (competitive recruitment examination).
- All candidates who were admitted to the interview are contacted and informed of the outcome of the evaluation.
- The winner of the competitive recruitment examination is invited to attend a recruitment interview.
Maternity leave replacement, direct recruitment or long-term substitution:
- Applications submitted through the website are assessed on an ongoing basis by our staff, who organise interviews with selected candidates and cancel applications which are not considered to be a good fit.
- After suitable candidates have been selected, they are invited to attend two interviews, with the HR department and the manager of the department which is hiring.
- The third interview is the recruitment interview.

And accompanying us along our way are four fundamental principles which point our way towards a work culture which is collaborative, enterprising, dynamic and goal oriented.
