IDM provide consortia with support in presenting and implementing EU-funded campaigns.

Backed by EU-funding, we create campaigns which reinforce and supplement existing campaigns in agri-food marketing to promote quality products from South Tyrol. These campaigns are intended to promote the image of South Tyrolean products, and awareness and sales thereof. IDM provides the consortia of South Tyrol with support in the preparation, presentation and implementation of EU campaigns, both in EU and non-EU markets.

EU seals of quality in South Tyrol

The agricultural products of the EU reflect the diversity of the member countries and their respective traditions. To safeguard and promote these traditional products, the EU has created three seals of quality: Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) and Traditional Speciality Guaranteed (TSG).  

South Tyrolean products authorised to use EU seals of quality are speck PGI, apples PGI, Stilfser/Stelvio cheese PDO and hay milk TSG, and South Tyrolean DOC wines.
